things that i carry in my bag

~things that i carry in my bag!!~
the bag that i use most frequently is my lilac kanken (´ ▽`).。o♡
it is my favourite bag, as i can get everything i need in it and its super cute to boot! it's looking a little grey right now, as it needs a bit of a wash )-:  i've had it since september/october time, and considering that i use it nearly every day it is holding up extremely well, in fact there is no wear and tear at all! it just needs to be washed pretty frequently to keep the colour looking nice :-)
my current sketchbook/notebook (*´∀`*)
(wow megan, so attractive)
The sketchbook that i am using right now came from artbox, and is a little bigger than a5??  I love working on this size paper because it means my canvas isn't too big nor too small :-)
My pencil case!!!
My pencil case is a derwent pencil wrap, it unfolds into a big spread so that i can easily access all my pens and pencils at once without having to fumble around for a couple of minutes beforehand. I love it a bunch, but sometimes when i'm drawing on public transport it's a bit of a fiddle (but not too much).
My instax camera (*´∀`*)!!
i bring this e-v-e-r-y-w-h-e-r-e as it it super practical and easy to just pop it out of my bag and snap some pictures!!
the last thing, that i always carry in my bag, is
My feelings journal~
this is a lil a5 notebook that i write in daily about how i feel for my therapist (*´∀`*) this notebook is also from artbox, and only cost me £1.90 which i thought was a steal for such a cute lil book (it has bunnies and moons on it)
I hope that this post wasn't too dull )-:
Thank you for reading!! i'll try to post again soon~

Sunday 2 March 2014

i'm sure everyone is familiar with the feeling of when you realise your purse is inevitably on its way out.. ू(ʚ̴̶̷́ .̠ ʚ̴̶̷̥̀ ू)
so allow me to present to you~
My New Purse!!
I got this purse from tokyo toys, in trocadera in central london, but you can get it on their website too :-)
I've only had it for a week, but i already love it to pieces!! My last purse was also a totoro purse, but as it only had one pouch/slot, it wasn't very practical, as i was constantly trying to find coins/notes amongst hair-grips, oyster cards, receipts, etc. Although it was super duper cute :-(
This purse has two roomy zip-up pockets! In the first slot, i keep my money (when i have it T⌓T) and in the second, i keep a variety of other things, such as appointment cards, pain killers, my house keys and my college i.d card! (a lot of receipts also build up in there ^^')
on the back side, there is a (super duper helpful) little card slot, with a velcro fastening to keep it closed, which i use for my oyster/travel card!!
(dont laugh at my picture okay? (′︿‵。))
I was slightly wary about buying the purse at first (i don't know why), but now i am glad that i did! It seems to be very well made, and considering the amount of silly stuff i cary around in it, it's holding up well! Even though it looks a little big, it fits in my coat/cardigan/jumper pockets, so it's actually a good lil size! :-)
The purse also has a little loop for key rings! so i obviously had to buy a super cute one to go on the purse, since i haven't had key rings on anything in so long!!! I chose a Sebastian keyring from Kuroshitsuji/Black Butler (´ ▽`).。o♡

Thank you for reading!
Fuji Film Instax Mini 50s
for my birthday a couple of weeks ago, my dad got me an instax camera!
its super cool, because i love the idea of being able to take a photograph and instantly have it in your hands, without having to print it out (whether dark-room printing or computer printing)!!

(sorry for such a shoddy picture oops)
This is what the camera looks like!! Its a good portable size, which is of course, super helpful, as it fits in even my littlest of bags :-)

This is what the film looks like~
I usually buy a box of two (packs of film) and it costs around £13-£18, which gives me 20 pictures. The film is super easy to load into the camera, and is basically foolproof!
(my favourite thing to do with the camera is pop it out of my bag and snap some cute lil shots of my friends and i having fun)(they make for cute lil memories that i can pin up in my room and giggle at later)

I keep most of my pictures on my pinboard :-)
The photographs are about the size of a credit card. They make super good bookmarks, and also fit into the little picture slot in wallets~
The only thing i have to be careful about, is that the viewfinder doesn't really work. What you see through the viewfinder is different to what prints out when you take the picture (it does tell you this in the instructions).

There are lots of different settings on the camera, for example, an option as to whether you want to make the picture lighter/darker/normal, a landscape option, for taking scenery pictures(??), a self timer, and also flash options~

Overall i love this lil camera to bits! its so so fun and i bring it everywhere. Super practical, portable and almost foolproof! Its so easy to just whip it out of your bag and snap a couple of shots, which are easy store in your purse until you get home (´∀`)♡
Thank you for reading! and once again, i'm sorry for not posting in so long :-(
i just haven't really had anything to post about.
I'll try and post a lot more frequently now, even if it is just boring lil things (/n\)
